How many extra envelopes does Nonstop Printing need if I want to use my own envelopes?

Typically we need 40 extra minimum and 20% extra for the run. Examples:

100 final envelopes: We need 140 blanks

200 final envelopes: We need 240 blanks

300 final envelopes: We need 360 blanks

Difficult projects

For difficult jobs like critical color matching we need 2x for low quantity projects up to 75 and 20-50% extra depending on how difficult the color is. This is because our digital machines can "drift" in color through the run. 

Examples:

100 final envelopes: 175 blanks

200 final envelopes: 300 blanks

300 final envelopes: 450 blanks
