This is definintely not a bullet proof method but it will save you time and money by skipping printing a physical proof.
You will need Adobe Acrobat PRO to do this. It's included in creative cloud.
- Open Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Click on the search icon, then type in "output preview", then in the drop down, click on "Output Preview"

- In the "Simulation Profile" dropdown, select either "Coated Gracol 2006" or Gracol 2013 CRCP6 (you would have had to install this to see it)
Drastic example of bright colors.
On really bright colors you will see a drastic and sometimes surprising change. This can sometimes be due to a specific file challenge. The greater the change you see here, the greater chance something unexpected will happen when we actually print. If something like this happens it may be better to convert it to CMYK to be safe.
